Disconnection of Water Service
Customers must make a request in writing for their water account to be terminated. If we do not receive a written request, the account will still generate a minimum bill each month. Service can be disconnected in the following ways:
(1) Customers can come into the office to complete form at: 4633 Hwy. 1, Napoleonville, LA
(2) Download form below and mail to: PO Box 575, Napoleonville, LA 70390
Please keep in mind that the account IS NOT considered to be terminated until the SIGNED DISCONNECT SERVICE FORM is received by our office.
