Precautionary Boil Water Advisory - Labadieville Area
November 24, 2025
Good Morning,
APWW will be issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory on tomorrow, 11/25/2025 for the following locations in the Labadieville area: Pear St. and Apple St.
Water will be turned off so that APWW can change the fire hydrant at 2613 Hwy 1. We anticipate water to be off for about 2 hours. 10 Customers will be affected.
Once water is back on, all affected customers will be under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.
All affected customers have been notified in person or by door hangers.
Water samples will be taken on Tuesday, 11/25/25, and transported to the State Laboratory for testing. When favorable results have been received, we will then notify everyone affected that the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
Thanks.
