Precautionary Boil Water Advisory - Napoleonville Area

Good Morning,

APWW is issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory this morning for the following locations in the Napoleonville area:  4328 Hwy 1 – 4520 Hwy 1

Water will be turned off this morning so that Police Jury Contractors (Levett Mechanical) can change out the fire hydrant at 4381 Hwy 1.  We anticipate water to be off for about 2 hours.

Once water is back on, all affected customers will be under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.

All affected customers have been notified in person or by door hangers.

Water samples will be taken today and transported to the State Laboratory for testing. When favorable results have been received, we will then notify everyone affected that the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
