Good Morning,
APWW is issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory this morning for the following locations in the Napoleonville area: Hwy 401, Hwy 400 & Bayou Crab Rd.
Water will be turned off this morning so that distribution can change out the fire hydrant at 1511 Hwy 401. We anticipate water to be off for about 2 hours.
Once water is back on all affected customers will be under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.
All affected customers have been notified in person or by door hangers.
Water samples will be taken today and transported to the State Laboratory for testing. When favorable results have been received, we will then notify everyone affected that the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
