Good Afternoon,
APWW will be issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory on tomorrow, 2/3/26 for the following locations in the Plattenville area: From 5562 Hwy 308 – 5445 Hwy 308, Church St, Rue De Beauville Ln, Verret St, Royal St, Labutte St.
Water will be turned off so that APWW can replace a fire hydrant near Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. We anticipate water to be off for about 2 hours.
Once water is back on, all affected customers will be under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.
All affected customers have been notified in person or by door hangers.
Water samples will be taken on Tuesday, 2/3/26, and transported to the State Laboratory for testing. When favorable results have been received, we will then notify everyone affected that the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
