LDH Water Grade 2023

APWW is pleased to announce it has received a water system grade of 103% giving us an A on the grading scale from the Louisiana Dept. of Health for the year 2023.
In 2021 the La. Legislature authorized LDH to develop a grading scale for community water system accountability. The grades are based on 7 standards evaluating Federal and State Water Quality, Financial Sustainability, Operation and Maintenance, Infrastructure, Customer Satisfaction and Secondary Contaminants and the possibility of extra credit.
